- Walk briskly for 30 to 60 mins 2 times a week
- Take the Kukuwa Dance Workout for 45 to 60 mins 2 to 3 times a week or do the KDW® DVD at home
- Swim laps once a week
- Ride your bike (weather permitting) 1 to 2 times a week
